From November to April the humpback whales visit the Bay to give birth and nurse their calves. On this sightseeing cruise, you will sail in the sea to watch them. Your tour also includes unlimited drinks and a buffet lunch.

Great whale watching trip in a spectacular setting, and the included food and open bar made it even better. Saw several whales and dolphins, some very close, and the crew was great.
Whale, wouldn't you know, we had a whale of a time! (Yup. I did that.)

My mom, brother, and I had a great time on this whale watching cruise. We saw many humpback whales (to our great delight - and surprise - you never know!!), as well as a good number of dolphins.
The staff was wonderful. Our host did a great job giving us information about the whales, as well as leading a great round of trivia - in Spanish and English! We were never without a drink in our hand, and the food was also delicious.
We would highly recommend this tour! Cheers!

Vallarta Whale Watching

We saw many whales spouting, breaching, & rolling. So exciting. Food & entertainment were great as well. Boat not over crowded. Nice boat.
Better Directions are needed

1. Add “Mike’s Fishing & Tour” to the name so that it is easy to refer to when asking for direction at the port. There are many tourist traps and touring companies greeting at the port.
2. Have at least 1 representative stay at the booth/desk to meet participant until the ship leave for at least 30 minutes. Have instruction for participant to get port entry ticket and enter the port gate to get to the dock.
We did not miss our ship but it was about to leave at 8:10 am for the 8:30 am morning tour and we got lucky that another touring company agents pointed us to Mike’s empty booth and proceeded to take us to the gate and the dock… just in time.
The boat is very nice and the staffs are phenomenal!
