Great experience First time and was luck to be with this company for their expert and Caring instructors. I would recommend the company to change the pick up spot to a more visible and known place as my driver got lost for one hour looking to find the address on my confirmation ticket. I do strongly recommend this Zipline company and would love to do it again myself.
My wife was very scared at the very beginning. The staff was so comforting and nice and fun. My wife ended up having the time of her life. These guys are great at what they do.
Such a great time! Our tour guides, Israel and Jose were amazing! They were funny, helpful, and made sure we all felt safe the entire time. They made little nicknames for us, and entertained us the entire time. The experience itself was beautiful; the zip lines ranged from short and slow to long and very fast, with jungle and ocean views. The tequila tasting and restaurant were the icing on the cake. We will definitely do this again the next time we’re in PV.

I booked this zip lining experience the morning of pick up. The staff was very quick to respond. They picked me up and dropped me off in Zona Romantica, one of the areas where they can pick up customers instead of having to go to Zona Hotelera. Javier and Brian were our guides and they were great with instructions and assistance. Javier was funny. We did 11 zip lines. The first couple were short so you can get the hang of things. There were a few very long and fast ones. They tell you not to bring sunglasses, phones, and wallets because you might lose them. If you have a zipper on your pants or shorts, bring at least your phone to take pictures while waiting in line to zipline or of your traveling companions. They charge $40 (or did they say $50 at first?) to digitally send the photos they take. After seeing them, they are not the best of quality and ended up not buying them. Although the package says four hours, we spent over an hour with idling time after zip lining. It possibly could be a tactic for guests to eat at the restaurants if they get hungry. I did the 8:30am tour and I did get hungry so grabbed breakfast there. They also have Tequila tasting, but it is a very tiny amount. The bottles are also expensive so go down to Zona Romantica and go tequila tasting there where you would get a better deal. Ziplining itself was five stars. Too much idle time knocked out two stars for the package. Remember to bring cash to tip your guides.
