You will be guided into the wonders of whales, by a specialized guide ( biologist, naturalist, ecologist) The boat is 27feet long, with cabin and a bathroom. It also has an observation tower. Had a wonderful trip! We saw a lot of whales!!one of the best experiences that we had. We were able to see the whales up close without harming them.

If you love nature, animals, the ocean, conservation-minded-tourism, learning about things that matter AND meeting phenomenal people, then Vallarta Natours is for you! This was our 2nd year. visiting PVR and we did 2 excursions with Natours each year. Private whale watching & Private wild dolphin encounters this year were DEEPLY LIFE CHANGING. experiences! Thalia & Angel are a fabulous team, it’s like they exist in a whole other plane of existence & understanding with the sea and its creatures. My older parents came along for both excursions this year and they always felt completely safe and comfortable. The boat is extremely clean (yes, even the bathroom), snorkel & safety gear is in top shape, lunch is delicious and the whole thing is like spending time with good friends. Totally worth the investment of money and time. We want to spend more time in PVR so we can spend more time on more excursions with Natours! Even if you’ve done other trips with other companies, these will set a new standard of enjoyment and learning. THIS is the. small-boat, personal experience of a lifetime! BOOK WITH NATOURS NOW!
The BEST whale watching trip, ever !

This was the most amazing boat trip we’ve ever taken. We saw a female humpback breach 8 times over the course of 20 minutes ! During another stretch, we saw a pod of 6-7 males chasing a female as part of their mating. Thalia (and Angel) were outstanding hosts that understood the whales and their behavior to a degree that was so impressive. We’ve whale watched in Hawaii before but this was SOOO much better - it was truly outstanding.

It was my best tour ever!! The guide & the captain were amazing, great whale knowledge were provided during the tour! We had luck a saw a ton of them, as well as dolphins and birds!! It was by the afternoon, so the experience of the sunset beside the whale watching was a most!! Fantastic I would reccommend all my friends and clients to take this tour, as not also having fun at the boat and the emmotion to see the whales, but to know more about them, their behavior and families!! Was impressive! Thanks!

This was a FANTASTIC experience. My friends and I live here permanently, and I gave the trip as a gift for friends and family members. Most everyone had done similar tours before, and all said that this was the best! A smaller boat and smaller group made it more fun, and the emphasis was on the animals and not the partying. We followed several groups and had fun learning to spot them as they surfaced! We learned so much about their behavior and really got up close and personal. On the way back to port we happened upon an immense group of dolphins following a school of smaller fish, and they quickly became another huge highlight of the trip!
The boat captain and guide were helpful, informative, friendly, and really patient with us. It's easy to tell that they really enjoy their work! HIGHLY recommended!
