What To Expect
Los Arcos de Mismaloya
The beautiful Los Arcos is located in the Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta. It’s a part of a protected national park called Los Arcos Marine Park. The granite arches shooting out from the ocean make a beautiful backdrop for your ocean adventures. These rocky islands can be seen from downtown Puerto Vallarta, but to appreciate their size and stunning beauty, you need to get up close to them. You can snorkel at Los Arcos and enjoy swimming near the caves.
Along with arches, in Los Arcos National Marine Park you’ll find caves, deep tunnels, and a coral reef. The warm blue waters are home to a number of tropical fish and other sea creatures. These include eels, rays, trumpetfish, and even sea turtles.

Playa Las Animas
Las Animas is a beautiful 2-mile long stretch of beach that lines a small cove south of Boca de Tomatlan. The beach here is wide and perfect for sunbathing. The water is clear, shallow, and has gentle waves making it a wonderful beach for families with small children. This beach is very lively with 6 palapa restaurants and many water activities to include snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, riding jet skis and taking banana-boat rides.

The entire south shore of Banderas Bay, south of Puerto Vallarta, is excellent for snorkeling, as the Sierra Madre Mountains extend directly into the ocean, creating the rocky shores that provide protection and habitat for tropical fish, spotted eagle rays, and other marine life.
The best snorkeling on this fertile south shore is the protected cove of Majahuitas. The shallow and protected reefs offer a great day of snorkeling for all levels. Keep an eye out for spotted eagle rays, stingrays and sea turtles, all frequent visitors to Majahuitas.

One of the best tours we’ve ever had as a family - and we travel a ton. What made it so amazing we’re several things. First, the service level from JR and his crew was simply next level. Attentive and fun, making fresh margaritas, making sure everyone had waters, listening and explaining as we toured. My gosh, they had our towels folded every time we got back on board from swimming. The boat was immaculate as well, and the itinerary was perfect for a nice day in PV. Would recommend this 100% to anyone! Thank you for such amazing family memories!

This was simply one of the best trips we’ve ever done. Not just a boat trip, or tour, but any tour.
