Visiting the Marietas Islands is a very amazing attraction for its incredible views, fauna outside and inside the water. Excellent for all those who love incredible photos.
1 hr 30 min - Our adventure begins when we leave the Maritime Terminal of Puerto Vallarta, we will visit the beautiful Bay of Banderas, on our tour to the Marietas Islands we can see dolphins, in season whales, birds, turtles, stingrays and great marine life.
4 hr - Enjoy this relaxing cruise aboard our catamaran, travel to the protected marine reserve of the Marietas Islands. During the tour Our naturalist guide and expert in marine life will explain the benefits of the bay and its ecosystem. After a wonderful trip we will arrive at the Marieta Islands National Park, where you can snorkel, swim, kayak or paddle, the marine fauna is incredible and you can see birds such as the blue-footed booby, the brown booby, the frigates and under the sea, needle fish, puffer fish, octopus, turtle, etc. Here we enjoy nature, we also visit Playa nopalera, where we enjoy it and its great landscapes here we enjoy 1 hour. At the end we get on the boat and this is where the crew awaits us with food, drinks and good music. We start the return trip to the Vallarta Marina, during the tour we are doing activities for all ages and appreciating the view of the route.

I had a fabulous time on this tour! The food and service were excellent:) Emilio was extremely helpful, he helped my friend who is not a strong swimmer, make it to the hidden beach. I can’t thank him enough. The scenery is so beautiful. This is a must do excursion! You will have the best memories. Carolina is very informative on the islands history. You will see birds that you can’t see except for one other place on the planet!
The view is admirable... we caught some hump back whales which was an added bonus. The crew goes above and beyond, their service was superb. Had a great time and met some nice people.
It was... okay. Hidden beach access was 1000 pesos extra, which is understandable from a conservation perspective, but even the ecotour was a surcharge and frankly the primary reason I booked this - so that was disappointing. My husband's snorkel goggles were broken and many of the seats were as well. We had an okay time and the islands were beautiful, but overall not what I was hoping for.
