The hike to the waterfall and trip leading up to it were all joyful. We also came across whales when heading back to shore from the trip which was a great end to the whole adventure. Highly recommend this.
Just a note. I went with my family and parents who are in their 60s/70s. They’re in good shape and were able to handle the physical moments jumping in/out of the boats when needed. Just a call out for others traveling with older folks to make sure they’re in good shape :)
The only thing that annoyed me was the horse ride that we booked. The little kid who led the horses kept asking me for money all the way up to the waterfall. I gave him a tip at the waterfall and then he kept asking me for money all the way back down so I tipped him again at the end of the horse ride. For this reason I would not recommend the horse ride to the waterfall but that has nothing to do with Fernando or his tour. He was amazing and his tour is awesome. Don't hesitate to book it.
