We really enjoyed the ATV tour offered by Estigo tours. We loved driving through the streets of PV before heading into the mountains. The two stops were fun and a nice break. We got so so dusty! I appreciate that they include pics and videos as part of the tour package, our experience from other tour companies is those are extras. Nothing to complain about and would do it again!

This was our 2nd ATV trip in Puerto Vallarta. Our first was with a different company and it pales in comparison to our Estigo experience. The staff was fantastic from the beginning to the end of the trip. I have owned ATV's for 30 years and they did a good job covering the operational aspects and the safety training. The trip starts out near Pepe's Tacos and takes you through several neighborhoods on your way to the mountains. This route is actually a very smart way to start the trip... the guests have a chance to practice their ATV skills on cobblestone roads that include hills and speed bumps. After this training you start up the mountain on a gravel and partially paved roadway. It was dusty, but we were provided goggles and bandanas that were definitely needed. The riding wasn't scary for the 1st timers and provided enough opportunity for those of us that have ridden or owned ATVs. The high point of the trip was the visit to the farm with the artisanal Tequila and Mescal Tasting. They are 3rd generation producer with some delicious varieties to taste. I would highly recommend this tour... nothing that will scare the 1st timers and the opportunity to see the Sierra Madres close up. One of the best post ride options is Pepe's Tacos. It is 2 blocks from Estigo and is definitely a must try taco joint for tourists in Puerto Vallarta. Order the tacos El Pastor with grilled onions as a side.
It was a great experience, I would Recommend this Atv adventure to anyone. They all were very respectful and took care of all of our safety and made sure we had fun as well.
Great trip, lots of fun, good guides. ATVs were in pretty good shape, and rode well. I think the tequila tasting is kinda goofy, they are really pushing their local tequila and it feels like a sales pitch. No one really signs up for these adventures/tours to be put into a sales pitch. That's why I took off one star.
