Pancho was awesome. He took us all over and showed us blue footed bubbies and we saw multiple whale breaches. So much fun. Crew was awesome on boat 1.

This tour and service provided was 10/10! I recommend it for any traveler specially if the hidden beach tour is booked up (Please read this does NOT include the hidden beach). The best part of this tour was that luckily whales approached our boat and were putting on a show! If you are lucky like us that will be an amazing experience. Other than that, the drinks, lunch, boat ride and locations was exceptional!
Lots of fun cruising to the Marietas islands.

Total experience of snorkeling, Whale watching and beach fun

Highly recommend this trip and the crew on board. They take care of you so well and at the same time make sure that you have the best experience.
Unlike some of the other snorkeling cruises, we got to snorkel for about 20min and they didnt keep trying to sell us one thing after the other. Only thing that they ask money for is if you are interested in new mouthpiece for snorkel and for pictures. As many of the reviews mentioned, they quote different price for everyone for the pictures. $60 US dollars seemed like a lot for some not so clear underwater picture and 2 pics on board :( .
The cruise left about 30min late but we slowly went towards Marietas while seeing whales breach the waters on the way. We got to snorkel around the islands and have to swim/snorel about 100ft-200ft. Everyone needs to wear vest. We saw a lot of fish and corals. While coming back, it got very tiring but there were lifeguards who were looking out for us and helped us navigate back. You have to get on to a catamaran and then go towards the boat. Again you have to jump into the water and swim to get on to the boat..not too much.
They served us a very good lunch including for those like me who were vegetarians. We then started towards the beach. Thats when they saw the marietas islands and we arent allowed to go to the marietas beach that some other reviewers are talking about. We saw a lot of bobbies and even the blue footed bobbi. We saw sooo many whales and dolphins on the way to the island. On the island you could go on banana boat and paddle boards.
The performance by the team was okay but their enthusiasm admirable.
During the whole trip, the crew was so cordial and taking care of each and every one on the boat.

We were in B4. The lunch was excellent, the drinks were nice. However, 3 BIG disappointments. The crew seemed to insist on a loud club party atmosphere all day when we thought it was a nature and environment focus. The music was horrible (aggressive, loud and night club-y, not calm and beautiful for a day on the ocean) the focus of the crew was not on nature, sea animals and wildlife ( too loud for the whales and birds to approach?) and several of the crew were inappropriate in their approach with my young adult daughter and made her feel very uncomfortable. They should have been more professional.
I did this Mariates cruise twice before and the crew was much more professional and the music was beautiful and far more appropriate for a daytime family cruise on those other boats.
I would no longer recommend.
